Cevapi are enjoyed by countless cultures and nationalities. And for good reason, they are simple, delicious, and easy to pair with sides for a quick, easy, filling meal.
Cevapi go great with onions, bread, kajmak (a sweet cream spread), and even tomato and cucumber salad.
Directions: Use one HA seasoning satchet for every .5 kg of minced meat. Once the spices are fully combined with the meat, form your cevapi. They are usually a couple inches thick and the size of a smaller sausage. Prepare and serve with your favorite sides and drinks!
Ingredients: Salt, ground black pepper, garlic granules, paprika, and baking soda.
