All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. If you provide us with a phone number, you agree to receive SMS/text communication from us. If you no longer wish to receive SMS/text messages, please contact us and we will stop immediately and remove your number from our messaging list.

Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your account login and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. No alcohol sales to anyone under the age of 21 will be permitted. PV Euro Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Product Descriptions: We work hard to ensure that product descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, titles, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive is not as described, you must first submit a return request. The product must be unused and in its original manufacturer packaging for a return request to be considered.

Product Reviews: Product reviews submitted by customers may be reviewed, edited, or removed at the sole discretion of PV Euro Market. We reserve the right to refuse to post any review that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

Product Prices and Availability: Online prices are completely independent from in-store prices and may differ. We reserve the right to change product pricing, adjust availability, and set purchase limits at any time, without prior notice. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss

By placing an order with PV Euro Market, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery. Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer.

We take great care to pack every order securely to help ensure that your items arrive safely. However, PV Euro Market is not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss that may occur while your package is in transit, for any reason. Any problems that occur during shipping must be resolved directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

We are also not responsible for damaged, missing, lost, or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please add our email address (info@pveuromarket.com) to your safe senders list so that order and tracking emails do not go to your junk or spam folder.

If you have special delivery instructions (such as “leave at back door” or “deliver to apartment door”), these arrangements must be made directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. PV Euro Market cannot make these arrangements on your behalf.

By completing your purchase on our website, you confirm that you understand and accept these shipping and risk-of-loss terms as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please carefully review your address, including apartment or unit numbers, building names, and correct ZIP codes, before submitting your order.

We may make reasonable efforts to verify shipping addresses and correct obvious errors, but we are not obligated to do so and cannot guarantee that any corrections will be made. PV Euro Market is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us as “Undeliverable” for any reason, including but not limited to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package from a carrier location, or lack of access to the delivery point, this will be considered the customer’s responsibility.

For returned packages that contain non-perishable items and are eligible for a refund under our Refund, Exchange & Return Policy, any applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if any. Perishable items (including meat, dairy, fish, frozen, and refrigerated products) that are returned to us cannot be refunded or reshipped.

Perishable Products Disclaimer

We take great care in packaging perishable products and may use insulation, ice packs, or other protective materials when needed. However, once your order has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that perishable items will arrive frozen, cold, or intact, especially during times of extreme heat, cold, carrier delay, or other conditions beyond our control.

By placing an order that includes perishable items, you accept the risk of spoilage or melting during transit. PV Euro Market is not responsible for products that arrive warm, melted, or otherwise affected by shipping conditions. All sales of perishable items are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered for products damaged due to heat, cold, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you are concerned about transit time or weather conditions, we strongly recommend selecting UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout for perishable and heat-sensitive products.

Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy

At PV Euro Market, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Because we carry many perishable products, our policy is designed to protect product quality and ensure fairness for all customers.

Return and Exchange Requests

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion, based on product condition and eligibility. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify. An original receipt or packing slip is required for all approved returns or exchanges.

Final Sale Items

For health and safety reasons, all sales of perishable products are final. This includes meat, dairy, fish, frozen, and refrigerated items. These products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, received, and inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Approved exchange requests will be processed after the original item is returned, inspected, and accepted. Replacement items will then be shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Limits of Liability

Limits of Liability: You agree that PV Euro Market can only be held liable for damages up to the amount of the order on which the damage occurred, and only if the damage occurred while the order was in PV Euro Market’s possession. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services and Other Companies

Other Companies: PV Euro Market does not assume any responsibility or liability for any third-party services offered through www.pveuromarket.com, including but not limited to delivery services from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carriers. Any claims, issues, or disputes related to delivery service must be handled directly with the carrier.

Applicable Law

Applicable Law: By using this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and PV Euro Market.

For Our Tax-Exempt Customers:
PV Euro Market does not collect sales tax if we have your valid exemption certificate on file. It is your responsibility to provide a current and properly completed exemption certificate. If we do not have your exemption certificate on file at the time of purchase, we are required to collect tax.
