That is why we take extra care to pack your order properly, choose the right shipping method, and help your products arrive as fresh and safe as possible, anywhere in the United States.

Packing with Care

Every order starts with careful packaging. We wrap and protect each item so that chocolates, breads, drinks, glass jars, and other delicate products arrive in good condition. For perishable foods such as sausages, deli meats, dairy, and frozen items, we use insulated packaging and ice or gel packs to help maintain a safe temperature during transit.

Quality Comes First

Before your order leaves our store in Parma, Ohio, our team inspects it for freshness and quality. We check expiration and “best by” dates (if present), packaging condition, and product appearance so you can feel confident that what arrives at your door meets our standards. Our goal is to ship your favorite European products in the best possible condition every time.

Shipping Perishable and Frozen Items

Some items need extra protection in transit. To help keep your refrigerated, frozen, and heat-sensitive products safe, please review the guidelines below:

• Transit times matter: If UPS Ground will take more than 2 business days from our ZIP code 44129 (Cleveland, Ohio) to your address, we strongly recommend choosing UPS 2nd Day Air for meats, fish, dairy, pastries, and chocolates. Faster transit time reduces the risk of spoilage or heat damage.

• Shipping days: Perishable orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday. This helps prevent packages from sitting in a warehouse or truck over the weekend, which can cause temperature issues.

• UPS only for perishables: For refrigerated and frozen products, we ship with UPS only. USPS is not an option for these items because transit times are less predictable.

If you choose UPS Ground for items that really require a faster service, we will still ship your order, but the risk of melting, spoilage, or temperature damage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Choosing the Right Shipping Option

We ship all orders from Cleveland, Ohio (ZIP 44129). Transit time depends on how far you are from us. In general:

• Nearby zones (1–2 business days): If UPS Ground to your address is 1–2 days, Ground is usually fine even for many perishable items, especially in cooler weather.

• Farther zones (3+ business days): If UPS Ground to your address is 3 or more business days, we strongly recommend UPS 2nd Day Air for refrigerated, frozen, and heat-sensitive products (such as chocolate in warm months).

When We Ship

Most orders ship the next business day after processing and payment approval. Orders containing refrigerated or frozen products follow the guidelines above. We may hold an order by one or more days if shipping just before a weekend or holiday would cause your package to sit in transit too long. In some cases, we may also adjust shipping based on severe weather or carrier delays to protect your items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our store to your door. You can also log in to your PV Euro Market account at any time to view your order history and current order status.

If you do not see confirmation or tracking emails, please check your spam or junk folder. To help ensure delivery of our messages, add our email address to your safe sender list.

PV Euro Market ships to valid addresses throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have questions about whether we can ship certain products to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
