Frequently Asked Questions
The shipping charge at checkout does not include duty, import taxes, customs and or brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If there are fees that need to be paid, UPS will attempt to collect these fees from the recipient prior to delivery. If UPS is not able to collect the fees from the recipient directly, PV Euro Market will charge the fee to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. You will receive automatic emails from UPS containing the tracking updates and if there are any applicable fees that need to be paid before delivery is attempted. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable import taxes, duties and or brokerage fees. These fees are calculated by the customs broker and not PV Euro Market. Perishable items (refrigerated or frozen) are not eligible for international shipping.
How long will ground shipping take to my location?
Refrigerated items will only be shipped using UPS service. USPS Priority service is not availble for shipping refrigerated or perishable items. Your package will be shipped from ZIP code 44129. Please refer to the map below to see how many business days it will take for your order to arrive by UPS Ground. If ground shipping to your location will take more than 2 business days, we highly recommend you select UPS 2nd Day Air as your shipping method.

Why are some items not recommended for shipping for more than 2 days using UPS Ground?
- Some perishable items such as meat, fish, dairy, pastry or other frozen and refrigerated items are not recommended for shipping if the ground shipping to your location is more than 2 days. We ship these items with ice packs using insulated packaging to help ensure that your items arrive safely and are not spoiled or damaged. PV Euro Market assumes no responsibility for damage or spoilage during transit of any items. If you wish to purchase these types of perishable items, we will ship them to you but at your own risk. If ground shipping will take longer than 2 business days to your location we highly recommend that you choose UPS 2nd Day Air as your shipping choice. This also applies to chocolate and other temperature sensative items when being shipped to warmer regions of the country or during warmer weather periods. NOTE: UPS 2nd Day Air is not available in some locations. We will contact you if this is the case.
If you choose "UPS Ground" as your shipping option and your order contains items that require refrigeration or are temperature sensitive, your order will ship out as follows:
- To ensure that your order does not sit in a shipping warehouse or truck over the weekend, we may delay shipping your order until Monday. If you choose a faster shipping method other than ground we will ship your order so it arrives no later than Friday. Some select cities have UPS Ground delivery on Saturday. If your order is able to be delivered on Saturday we may ship it depending on the service availability. If there is a Holiday your order might be delayed even longer to ensure that it does not sit in a shipping warehouse or truck over the holiday. These guidelines will be strictly enforced and can not be changed.
In-Store Pickup & Curbside Pickup
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive please call 440-888-0264 and select option 4 to let us know that you have arrived. PLEASE NOTE: In store prices are independent of online prices.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments on our web store.
What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping destination, shipping weight, package dimensions and method of shipment. NOTE: UPS 2nd Day Air is not available in some locations. We will contact you if this is the case.
PLEASE NOTE: If the combined weight of your items is over 50lbs, UPS and USPS will increase the shipping quote drastically. You can try to split the order into 2 or more orders and see if the total shipping charges are less. This is only a suggestion and may not always result in savings.
Will you charge sales tax for the order?
We charge sales tax on orders delivered to Ohio addresses and other states where sales tax is due. State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. Ohio state sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout. Sales tax will only be added to taxable items and only if your state requires us to charge sales tax.
Why do some products not have expiration dates or have a code listed instead of an expiration date?
This is strictly a decision from the product manufacturer. Some items arrive to us without expiration dates, or instead of expiration dates, they have a code from the manufacturer. The codes are not meant for the consumer but instead allow manufacturers to identify, rotate their stock and locate their products easily with their assigned code. According to the USDA, product dating is not required by federal regulations and dates may be voluntarily applied. If you have any questions regarding the lack of expiration dates or codes, you should contact the manufacturer listed on the packaging.
Where do you ship?
We ship in the USA and Canada. UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
When will my order be shipped?
After we receive and process your order, it will be processed for shipping by the next business day. If your order contains refrigerated items, please refer to the Refrigerated section above for more details.
How will I know that my items have shipped?
Once we recieve and accept your order, we will send you an email stating that your order is being processed. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you another email containing the tracking information for your order. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your PV Euro Market account. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via the Contact Us page or by simply replying to the order confirmation email.
What should I do if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is out of stock, please click on the "Notify Me" link next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be automatically notified via email as soon as the item becomes available. We try our best to replenish our stock as quickly as possible.
Can I receive discounts for ordering products in bulk?
Most items are eligible for bulk discouts if purchased in case quantities. Please reach out to us via the Contact Us page before placing your order if you wish to receive bulk discounts on eligible items.
