How long will ground shipping take to my location?

If your destination falls within the zones colored in green, burgundy, or orange on the map below, it's highly recommended to choose UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for perishable items like frozen or refrigerated products and other temperature sensitive items such as chocolates. This ensures that your items remain in optimal condition during transit.

For zones colored yellow or brown, UPS Ground shipping may be sufficient for your shipping needs, and you may not need to opt for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.

Please keep in mind that orders containing perishable items are typically shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure timely delivery and product freshness. Additionally, refrigerated items will exclusively be shipped using UPS services, and USPS Mail is not available for shipping perishable or refrigerated items.

To make the best choice for your shipment, consider the destination zone color and the nature of the items you're shipping to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

 

Why are some items not recommended for shipping for more than 2 days using UPS Ground?

  • When it comes to perishable goods like meat, fish, dairy, pastries, or other frozen and refrigerated items, we advise against ground shipping if it takes more than 2 days to reach your location. To maintain the freshness of these items, we employ a careful approach by using ice packs and insulated packaging to safeguard them during transit. However, it's important to note that PV Euro Market cannot be held responsible for any damage or spoilage that may occur during shipping. If you choose to purchase these perishable items, they will be shipped to you, but the risk falls on your end.

    For locations where ground shipping extends beyond 2 business days, we strongly recommend opting for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping as your preferred shipping method. This recommendation also applies to temperature-sensitive items like chocolate, especially when shipping to warmer regions of the country or during periods of elevated temperatures.

    Please keep in mind that UPS 2nd Day Air shipping may not be available in certain locations, and if that's the case, we'll get in touch with you to discuss alternative options. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities, and we aim to provide you with the best shipping solutions possible.

If you choose UPS Ground as your shipping option and your order contains items that require refrigeration or are temperature sensitive, your order will ship out as follows: 

  • To ensure that your order does not sit in a shipping warehouse or truck over the weekend, we may delay shipping your order until Monday. If you choose a faster shipping method other than ground we will ship your order so it arrives no later than Friday. Some select cities have Standard Ground delivery on Saturday. If your order is able to be delivered on Saturday we may ship it depending on the service availability. If there is a Holiday your order might be delayed even longer to ensure that it does not sit in a shipping warehouse or truck over the holiday. These guidelines will be strictly enforced and can not be changed.

Please be aware that the prices you see in our physical store may differ from those listed on our website. The prices displayed on our website apply exclusively to online purchases, including orders that select "In-Store Pickup/Curbside Pickup" as the fulfillment method. This distinction is important to keep in mind when making purchasing decisions.

We aim to provide a convenient and flexible shopping experience, whether you choose to shop in-store or online. What type of payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments on our web store.

 

What are your shipping charges?

The shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping destination, shipping weight, package dimensions and method of shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: If the combined weight of your items is over 50lbs, UPS and USPS will increase the shipping quote drastically. You can try to split the order into 2 or more separate orders and see if the total shipping charges are less. This is only a suggestion and may not always result in savings.

 

Will you charge sales tax for the order? 

We charge sales tax on orders delivered to Ohio addresses and other states where sales tax is due. State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. Ohio state sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout. Sales tax will only be added to taxable items and only if your state requires us to charge sales tax.

 

Why do some products not have expiration dates or have a code listed instead of an expiration date? 

The absence of expiration dates or the presence of manufacturer-specific codes on certain items is solely determined by the product manufacturer. In some cases, products may arrive without conventional expiration dates, and instead, they bear manufacturer-assigned codes. These codes serve the manufacturer's internal purposes, aiding in stock rotation and product management.

It's worth noting that, according to the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), there are no federal regulations mandating product dating, and such dates may be applied voluntarily. Therefore, the decision to include or omit expiration dates falls within the discretion of the manufacturer.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been received and processed on our end, we aim to initiate the shipping process by the following business day. However, if your order includes refrigerated items, we kindly advise referring to the Refrigerated section above for comprehensive information and guidelines regarding the shipping of such items. How will I know that my items have shipped?

Why haven't I received any emails from PV Euro Market regarding my order status?

In case you do not see the confirmation email in your primary inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder. Occasionally, email services may mistakenly categorize such emails as spam.

What should I do if the item I want is out of stock? 

If the item you want is out of stock, please click on the "Notify Me" link next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be automatically notified via email as soon as the item becomes available. We try our best to replenish our stock as quickly as possible.

 

Can I receive discounts for ordering products in bulk?

Most items are eligible for bulk discouts if purchased in case quantities. Please reach out to us via the Contact Us page before placing your order if you wish to receive bulk discounts on eligible items.
