At PV Euro Market, we know that when you order Balkan and Eastern European specialties, you’re bringing more than food into your home—you’re bringing tradition, comfort, and memories. That’s why we take every step to ensure your order is packed with care, shipped quickly, and delivered as fresh as possible.

Packing with Care

Every order begins with careful attention to packaging. We wrap and protect each item so that chocolates, breads, drinks, and other delicate goods arrive in excellent condition. For perishable products—like sausages, dairy, or frozen items—we use insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain safe temperatures throughout the journey.

Quality Comes First

Before anything leaves our store, our team inspects it to make sure it meets our standards. We check freshness dates, packaging condition, and product quality so you can feel confident that what arrives at your door is the very best.

Shipping Perishable Items

Some items require extra care. Here’s how we handle refrigerated and frozen products:

Transit Times Matter: If your order takes more than 2 business days by UPS Ground, we strongly recommend UPS 2nd Day Air for meats, fish, dairy, pastries, and chocolates. This helps protect your order from spoilage.
Shipping Days: Perishable orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday. This prevents your package from sitting in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.
UPS Only: We only use UPS for perishable shipments. USPS is not an option for these items.

If you select UPS Ground for perishable products that require faster service, we will still ship your order, but the risk of spoilage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Choosing the Right Shipping Option

We ship from Cleveland, Ohio (ZIP 44129). Depending on your location:

Yellow or Brown Zones (1–2 days): UPS Ground is usually fine, even for perishable items.
Green, Burgundy, or Orange Zones (3+ days): We recommend UPS 2nd Day Air for refrigerated, frozen, or heat-sensitive items.

When We Ship

Most orders ship the next business day after processing. Orders with refrigerated or frozen products follow the guidelines above. We may delay shipping to avoid weekends or holidays to make sure your items stay fresh.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it from our store to your doorstep. You can also log in to your PV Euro Market account anytime to view order status.

If you don’t receive confirmation or tracking emails, please check your spam folder. To avoid issues, add our email address to your safe senders list.

Where We Ship

We ship to valid addresses across the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
