Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

At PV Euro Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because we carry many perishable items, our policy is designed to protect product quality and ensure fairness for all customers.

Return & Exchange Requests
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion, based on product condition and eligibility. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify. An original receipt or packing slip is required.

Final Sale Items
For health and safety reasons, all sales of perishable products are final. This includes meat, dairy, fish, frozen, and refrigerated items. These products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Approved exchange requests will be processed after the original item is returned, inspected, and accepted. Replacement items will then be shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
