Copyright: All text, images, logos, graphics, photographs and other website content is the property of PV Euro Market or their respective owners. 

Electronic Communications: When visiting www.pveuromarket.com or contacting us via email, you are agreeing to receive communications from us electronically. What is provided to you electronically satisfies any legal requirements stating that such communications must be provided in writing. If you provide us with a phone number you agree to receive SMS/text communication from us. If you choose not to receive SMS/text communications from us please send us a message and we will stop immediately and remove your information from our database. 

Your Account: It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials confidential. No alcohol sales to anyone under the age of 21 will be permitted. PV Euro Market reserves the right to refuse sale or service, delete accounts, remove and/or edit content, and cancel orders at their sole discretion. 

Product Descriptions: The product descriptions are as accurate as possible but there is no guarantee they are solely correct. If a product is received and is not as described on the website, you must submit a return request first. The product must be in unused condition and in the original manufacturer packaging for a return request to be approved.

Product Reviews: Product reviews are subject to approval before publishing and may be removed or edited at PV Euro Market's sole discretion. 

Product Prices and Availability: Online prices are completely independent from in-store prices. We reserve the right to make changes to product pricing, availability and set product purchase limits at any time without advance notice. 

Risk of Loss

By placing an order with PV Euro Market, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery.

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage becomes your responsibility. We take great care in packing every order securely to help ensure that your items arrive safely. However, PV Euro Market is not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss that may occur while your package is in transit, for any reason. Any issues that arise during shipping must be resolved directly with the carrier.

We are also not responsible for damaged, missing, lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please make sure to add our email address (info@pveuromarket.com) to your safe senders list. This will guarantee that our tracking emails do not end up in your junk or spam folder, so you can stay informed and up to date.

If you have any special delivery instructions (such as “leave at the back door” or “deliver to my apartment door”), these must be arranged directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided. PV Euro Market cannot make these arrangements on your behalf.

By completing your purchase on our website, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Perishable Products Disclaimer

We take great care in packaging perishable products with insulation and ice packs as needed. However, once your order has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that perishable items will arrive frozen, cold, or intact, especially during periods of extreme heat or shipping delays. By placing an order that includes perishable items, you accept the risk of spoilage or melting during transit. We are not responsible for products that arrive warm, melted, or otherwise affected by shipping conditions. All sales of perishable items are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered for products damaged due to heat, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you are concerned about transit time, we strongly recommend selecting UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

At PV Euro Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because we carry many perishable items, our policy is designed to protect product quality and ensure fairness for all customers.

Return & Exchange Requests
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion, based on product condition and eligibility. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify. An original receipt or packing slip is required.

Final Sale Items
For health and safety reasons, all sales of perishable products are final. This includes meat, dairy, fish, frozen, and refrigerated items. These products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Approved exchange requests will be processed after the original item is returned, inspected, and accepted. Replacement items will then be shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Limits of Liability: You agree that PV Euro Market can only be held liable for damages up to the amount of the order on which the damage occurred, only if the damage occurred while in PV Euro Market's possession.

Other Companies: PV Euro Market does not assume any responsibility or liability for any third-party services offered through www.pveuromarket.com including delivery services from USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carriers.

Applicable Law: As it regards resolving legal disputes, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio govern these terms of use. 

Modification and Severability: PV Euro Market reserves the right to modify these terms of use and our other policies at any time. If any of the terms of use stated herein are deemed to be invalid, that specific condition is deemed severable and does not affect the other conditions herein.

PV EURO MARKET DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because PV Euro Market is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
