Hot means HOT!
I like hot so this Paprika is perfect for me. It's incredibly fresh, and a small sprinkling packs a zing that adds to the flavor profile of your choice of foods. If you're used to supermarket "hot" paprika and don't want to go past that level, consider purchasing the regular instead.
