Klara Maric Istrian Pasutice Pasta Noodles 500g

Istrian pasutice is a traditional Istrian pasta. They are mostly prepared as a meal for fasting on Christmas Eve and Good Friday with cod on white, salted anchovies or cabbage.

You can prepare the pasta and sauce at the same time, if you have two stove-tops. If not begin with the pasta noodles.

Put pasta into a pot of boiling salted water, cook for about 10 minutes, or until thorougly cooked..

Heat butter to in a pan with low heat, and when it is melted down, add cream, truffle sauce and stir well, seasoning with salt & pepper.

When the pasta is ready and drained, you can serve the pasta on plate and add the sauce on top.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese and a drizzle of White Truffle Olive Oil as garnis. Dobar tek!
