Bende Hungarian Brand Smoked Pork Ribs, “Fustolt Oldalas”, are a traditional Balkan and Eastern European style dry cured and smoked pork product prepared using old-world curing and smoking methods. The ribs are seasoned with a salt-based cure, then slowly smoked to develop their deep smoky aroma and rich savory flavor. Vacuum packed and fully cooked, they are considered ready to eat, though they are very different from American BBQ-style ribs.
