Ingredients: Hibiscus flower, black currant fruit 20%, chokeberry, rowan fruit, elderberry fruit, black currant leaf 2%, and flavoring.

Preparation : Use 1 teaspoon, or 2g of the dried tea with 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and let sit for 8-10 minutes, Sweeten and flavor to your personal liking.
