Csipetke, or large egg drop noodles are in countless Hungarian and Romanian soup recipes.
Directions: For each 500 grams of noodles, use 5 liters of water. Bring salted water to a boil, add noodles and stir. Continue cooking uncovered, stirring occasionally until the noodles are cooked to your desired liking.
Ingredients: Wheat flour and fresh chicken eggs.
