First time trying this brand and I can honestly say they make really good product. I ordered the Bulgarian, French and the Greek feta on the same order so we can try them all (they were out of stock on the Greek Feta so hopefully I will get a chance to try it next time) but the Bulgarian Feta was really good as well. The French is not as salty as the Bulgarian (which is totally expected) and it’s little bit harder in texture, so great for shredding on top of salads, noodles, etc.
